FCU fan motor replacement in occupied offices
A failed FCU fan motor means a hot, stuffy zone straight away. We isolate the unit, replace the motor or capacitor with a matched part, test speeds and current draw, and protect ceilings and desks while we work. Jobs are done out of hours where needed, so the office is cool the next morning.

How often should FCU and AHU filters be cleaned in Saudi Arabia?
It depends on dust and use, but in Saudi conditions filters often need attention every one to three months, and sooner after a dust storm. We set the interval from what we find on site.
Why is water leaking from our FCU or ceiling?
The usual causes are a blocked condensate drain, a dirty coil or tray, or damaged pipe insulation sweating in humid air. Clearing and testing drains is part of every visit.
Why does one area of the office stay warm?
Common causes are a failed FCU fan motor, a stuck valve or actuator, a faulty thermostat, a blocked filter or a zone that changed after fit-out. We trace the cause before replacing any parts.
