STAR HOUSEKeeping a technology office cool — three times over
Technology company office · Riyadh · Completed June–October 2026
The challenge
FCU (fan coil unit) fan motors were failing in different parts of the office — open-plan areas, a meeting room and a staff section. Each failure meant hot, unusable space in Riyadh's heat.
What we did
Star House diagnosed and replaced the failed FCU fan motors — and came back for each new fault: three separate jobs between June and October 2026.
The result
Cooling restored each time — and a client who keeps calling the same team back, which is the best measure of trust.
